How do I RSVP to an event?

Open the event on the map or from your feed, then tap RSVP. Your Vibe Pass will be sent directly to your Apple Wallet. You'll receive a notification confirming your RSVP.
What is Ghost Mode?

Ghost Mode lets you browse events and the map without appearing as an active user to other people on the platform. Toggle it on in your profile settings. Note: Ghost Mode affects your visibility to other users — Cribfull still processes your activity for app functionality.
How does check-in work?
▾
Cribfull uses 150-meter geofencing to automatically detect when you arrive at an event venue. Once you're within range, the app prompts you to check in — no QR codes or manual steps needed. Make sure location access is enabled for Cribfull in your iPhone Settings.
How do I tip a host?
▾
On the event page, tap Tip the Host and choose an amount. 100% of your tip goes directly to the host — Cribfull does not take a cut. Tips are processed securely by our payment provider.
How do I lock the app with Face ID?
▾
Go to Settings → Privacy → App Lock inside Cribfull and enable Face ID. Once enabled, the app will require Face ID (or your device passcode) to open. This is handled entirely by Apple's secure system — Cribfull never accesses your biometric data.
How do I report an event or user?

Tap the three-dot menu (···) on any event or user profile and select Report. Choose the reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports. For urgent safety concerns, email support@cribfull.com directly.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Or visit our Data & Privacy Center for step-by-step instructions. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
I'm having trouble with my Apple Wallet pass. What should I do?

First, try force-quitting and reopening the Cribfull app. If the pass still isn't showing, go to your event in the app and tap View Pass to re-add it to Apple Wallet. If the issue persists, contact us at support@cribfull.com with your account email and the event name.
