Terms of Service

        By downloading, installing, or using the Cribfull app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, do not use Cribfull.
      

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cribfull ("Cribfull," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Cribfull mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use Cribfull. We verify your age during account registration via a date-of-birth entry. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have provided your accurate date of birth and that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may use the app but certain features — including ID verification and hosting adult events — require you to be 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, including your name, email address or phone number, username, and date of birth.
A profile photo is optional and may be added during or after sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring any photo you upload depicts only yourself and does not violate these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@cribfull.com.
You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. The Service

Cribfull provides a platform for:

Discovering and RSVPing to nightlife and social events via an interactive live map
Creating and hosting events for other users to discover and attend
Receiving Apple Wallet passes for event access
Geofence-based check-in at event venues (150 m radius)
Tipping event hosts directly through the app
End-to-end encrypted direct messaging between users
Privacy features including Ghost Mode, Face ID app lock, and user blocking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Cribfull (event listings, profile information, photos, etc.). By posting content, you grant Cribfull a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

Is false, misleading, or misrepresents an event
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
Contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence
Promotes illegal activity, drug use, or violence
Contains spam, phishing links, or malware
Violates any applicable law or regulation

6. End-to-End Encrypted Messaging

        Direct messages sent through Cribfull are protected by end-to-end encryption using Curve25519 key agreement and ChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption via Apple's CryptoKit framework. Encryption keys are generated on-device and stored in iCloud Keychain. Cribfull's servers store only opaque ciphertext and cannot read your messages under any circumstances.
      

By using the messaging feature, you agree to the following:

You will use direct messaging only for lawful, good-faith communication consistent with our Community Guidelines.
You will not use messaging to harass, threaten, solicit, defraud, or harm other users.
Reporting consent: If you choose to report a message using the in-app Report tool, you explicitly consent to sharing the decrypted content of that specific message with our moderation team. We will not access messages you have not explicitly reported.
Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, Cribfull cannot recover message content on your behalf if you lose access to your device or account.

7. User Blocking

Cribfull provides in-app blocking tools to help you control your experience. When you block another user:

That user will no longer be able to see your profile or contact you through the Service.
The block relationship is stored server-side and syncs across all your devices.
You may unblock a user at any time via Profile → Privacy → Blocked Accounts.

Blocking is not a substitute for reporting. If a user has violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please also submit an in-app report so our moderation team can take appropriate action.

8. Payments and Tips

The "Tip the Host" feature allows you to send a monetary tip directly to an event host.
100% of tips go to the host — Cribfull does not take a platform fee on tips.
Tips are processed by a third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to their terms.
Tips are generally non-refundable unless the underlying payment was made in error. Contact us at support@cribfull.com to dispute a charge.
Cribfull is not responsible for any taxes you may owe on tips received as a host.

9. Apple Wallet Passes

Cribfull generates Wallet passes (Vibe Pass, Noir VIP, Neon Identity) for events you RSVP to. These passes are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or duplicated. Cribfull reserves the right to invalidate passes that are misused or associated with a terminated account.

10. Crib Pro Subscription

Cribfull may offer optional paid subscription tiers (e.g., Crib Pro) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions or through the in-app link at Help & Support → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Create fake events or mislead attendees about event details
Harass, threaten, or stalk other users — including through direct messages or Ghost Mode
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the app
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Attempt to circumvent age verification or other identity controls
Create accounts for the purpose of evading a block or ban

12. Intellectual Property

The Cribfull name, logo, app design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Cribfull and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information posted by users. Attend events at your own risk and exercise good judgment regarding personal safety.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRIBFULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

CRIBFULL'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CRIBFULL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cribfull and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the Service. You may delete your account at any time directly in the app via Profile → Privacy → Delete Account. See our Data & Privacy page for what happens to your data upon deletion.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
